TURMERIC
Turmeric is obtained by washing and boiling fresh turmeric roots (Waigaon variety) in water, which are then manually sun-dried and grind to powder. The powder is unpolished and unprocessed, thus retaining its essential nutrients and its antioxidant and antibacterial properties.
HONEY
The tribal honey harvesters are trained to extract the honey hygienically, cutting out only the part of the hive which contains honey, leaving the rest of the hive intact. The bees are quick to rebuild the hive which helps sustain the bee population in the wild. The harvesters are also provided with protective gear, which shields them from bee stings. The honey being naturally processed contains low moisture level and being naturally acidic, restricts the bacterial growth, thus providing the best quality of raw honey, rich in vitamin C, vitamin B2, B3, B5 and B6, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium and zinc, to our customers.
GHEE
Pure Desi Cow Ghee made from A2 milk from our own Gir cows. The milk is boiled and inoculated with curd, which is further churned to get butter, which is then melted to get the ghee. The ghee does not contain any harmful cholesterol and is one of the best-known medicines as per Ayurveda, to cure many chronic diseases and improve immunity.
